The Brief
Bip wanted to reflect the uncomplicated nature of their credit experience through fun and engaging social and brand content. They wanted to find new and engaging ways to highlight the exciting features Bip offers to customers whilst leveraging social trends to engage new audiences.
The Solution
Our approach was built on creating an engaged brand presence which amplifies slick, social-first video content. Cutting edge animations and video took users on a journey through the product, and social trends took Bips presence to new heights.
Bip is not your average credit card
It’s an innovative cardless app that works entirely on your phone, eliminating the need for physical cards and complicated processes. Bip’s target audience predominantly consists of tech-savvy Millennials and Gen Z who value simplicity and seek modern finance solutions.
We kicked things off by creating bespoke social templates to uphold a consistent visual aesthetic from the app and site to social. Slick short-form videos speak directly to our engaged audience, capitalising on viral trends, leveraging trending audio and references to pop culture to showcase Bip’s user-friendly features and benefits in a fun and relatable way.
To establish brand presence, we focused on creating visually appealing graphic static images that embodied Bip’s identity. From bold carousels to graphic stats posts, this content distilled complex information in an easy to understand way.
To showcase Bip’s new features and cutting edge UX, we created cutting edge bespoke animations to bring them to life.
Our strategy resulted in a 35% increase in successful applications from social media platforms, directly engaging with the target Millennial and Gen Z audiences we set out to attract.
