We’re Hiring: Freelance Content Creator

We’re looking for a switched on Content Creator to join our crew of culture-driven creatives here at OOB HQ. You’ll be someone who lives and breathes social. You’re obsessed with what’s next and love creating content that starts trends and leads the conversation.

What you’ll be doing 👀

• Creating high-impact short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and more
• Filming branded content on shoots: handheld, on the fly, in fast-paced environments
• Editing sharp, social-first videos that grab attention and stop scrolls
• Jumping on cultural moments, trending audio and viral formats with speed and confidence
• Working closely with our creative team to concept and shoot reactive and campaign content
• Keeping your finger on the pulse of platform updates, creator trends and internet culture

You’ll need to bring 🎥

•  Your own camera (we have a second camera, mics and full studio setup)
•  Strong shooting and editing skills: you know your way around a camera and CapCut / Adobe Suite
• A fast-moving, trend-savvy mindset with bags of creative energy
• A deep understanding of social formats and how to tailor content for each platform
• A proactive, collaborative attitude: you’re a team player, ready to pitch in and elevate the idea
• Bonus: Motion graphics, TikTok-obsessed, or experience working with brands in fast-turnaround shoots
