### Is ad spend included in your fee, or is that separate?

Separate. Our fee covers strategy, account build, creative and management; your media budget is paid directly to the platforms and stays in your name. We never mark it up or take a cut of spend, so there's no incentive to burn budget.

### Which platforms do you run ads on?

Meta (Instagram and Facebook), TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat. We recommend the mix based on where your buyers actually are, not where it's easiest to spend. Most brands run two or three platforms well rather than five badly.

### Do you make the ad creative, or do we supply it?

We make it. Performance creative is baked in — we produce the static, video and UGC-style ads built to convert on each platform. If you have existing assets we'll use them, but the testing engine needs fresh creative to keep finding winners.

### How does pricing work?

A monthly retainer scaled to the number of platforms, creative volume and management intensity you need — plus your media spend paid separately to the platforms. We scope it to your goals up front, so there are no surprise line items mid-month.

### Do you work inside our ad accounts, and how do we see results?

Yes — we work in your accounts so you keep full ownership of data, pixels and audiences. Reporting is a live dashboard plus a plain-English monthly readout covering spend, results and what we're testing next. No vanity metrics.
