### Do you work from our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. Send us your guidelines, fonts and logo files and we build motion that extends them rather than fighting them. If your brand has no motion language yet, we can define one — easing, pacing and behaviour — so everything moving feels unmistakably you.

### What's the difference between 2D and 3D, and which do we need?

It depends on the job, not the trend. 2D is faster, flatter and brilliant for explainers, idents and social. 3D adds depth, product realism and spectacle for hero work. We'll recommend the route that lands the idea on budget, not the most expensive one.

### How is pricing structured?

One-off hero pieces are quoted per project against a clear scope — concept, animation rounds, deliverables. Always-on social motion runs on a monthly retainer covering an agreed output volume. We scope tightly upfront so you know what you're paying for before anyone presses play.

### Can you handle always-on social motion as well as one-off hero pieces?

Both. We produce big campaign hero motion when you need a moment, and a steady drumbeat of social animation for the feed. Many clients run a retainer for the always-on work and brief in larger hero pieces as campaigns land.

### Do you provide sound design and licensed music?

Yes. We design sound and source properly licensed music and SFX, so you're cleared to use the work across the platforms you've agreed. If you have a sonic identity or preferred library already, we'll build to it.
